The new Mr & Mrs Beck!!

Posted on 07 September 2018

To say our couple were full of fun and laughter would be an understatement! Sarah and Phil’s excitement and enthusiasm is infectious and those around them cannot help but smile! Since meeting our gorgeous couple over a year ago we have been counting down the days for their wedding to arrive and yesterday was that day!

Arriving in style in a classic Silverline Limousines car from the church, Mr & Mrs Beck were welcomed to Southwood Hall with a glass of fizz and as all their loved ones stepped off the big red wedding bus, cheers and laughter filled the barn! Top ups of their favourite tipples were circulated and canapes were soon devoured as the aroma filled the room.

A spot or two of rain didn’t stop our couple as they headed out to the gardens for a few photos ahead of their wedding breakfast and guests followed to enjoy a game or two on the lawns and a go on our bouncy castle as the sun soon broke through!

The barn had been beautifully decorated in a collaboration between KWF and Sarah – tables had just the right amount of colour and sparkle to set of their lantern centrepieces and their cute little name tags and favour pots did just the trick! We loved the sequin runners especially with all the candlelight and fairy lights throughout the barn ??

Our couple had decided upon using the place where they got engaged for inspiration for their table names and as guests made their way to their seats everyone recognised the Ibiza club names and little pictures on each table!

With everyone in their seat it was soon time to welcome in the new Mr & Mrs Beck to the wonderful Curtis Mayfield track ‘Move on Up’ which had everyone dancing and cheering! After raising the roof, food was served and guests enjoyed a wonderfully seasonal menu with a choice of either Cromer crab cakes or Kilner potted gammon for starter, butter roasted chicken or wild sea bass for main or a yummy treat of either lemon tart or chocolate and salted caramel tart for dessert! Wine was enjoyed whilst they ate their meal and a cheeky tray or two of jager-bombs and tequilla rose were spotted across the room!

With the toast drink poured Sarah’s Dad Bob kicked off the speeches with some lovely words about his little girl before handing over to the main man Phil who at one stage got a little choked up as he spoke about his new wife! Our best man Gavin finished the speeches off a treat and even had a photo prop or two to show guests before announcing cocktail hour on the terrace! ??

With guests enjoyed their favourite drinks, Boothography provided the perfect backdrop in their booth for guests to leave a special message for the Bride and Groom!

With the night drawing in it was time for Sarah and Phil to cut their cake before taking to the dancefloor for their first dance as a married couple! With KWF’s LOVE letters in the background everyone gathered to watch as they twirled around the dancefloor before joining in with some good old school Ibiza anthems!

Our Chef provided salads alongside our Kadai sausage sizzle for guests to enjoy through the evening and our sweetie table gave that extra little energy boost to see everyone through the night!

Congratulations Sarah and Phil on your special day – it has been an absolute pleasure and we wish you all the best for your future together! Have an amazing time relaxing in Majorca! xx
