Borneo meets Norfolk
Borneo meets Norfolk….not a theme we have ever had before but one we would certainly love to have again! Katie and Gary always had a clear vision from the word go of how they wanted their day to come together and we think this vision was a pure love story. Our couple met and fell in love in Norfolk before Gary proposed two years ago to Katie on a back-packing adventure in Borneo! What better way to celebrate than to include special memories of their adventures together within their wedding day!
He's her lobster
We knew Sophie Hill and Simon Hawkins were destined to be married at Southwood Hall from their very first visit. As they arrived in the barn on Thursday evening with their entourage of helpers it was clear to see how involved all of their nearest and dearest had been involved in helping them plan their perfect wedding day. The barn was beautifully decorated with a vintage scheme including floral bunting, cute homemade jam favours and teapots filled with flowers – the perfect British summertime wedding!
Love and laughter
We knew it was going to be a fabulous day after the Bride walked into the barn on Sunday evening with that infectious grin on her face at the sight of the barn and that all of their hard working planning had finally paid off.
They say good things come in small packages and yesterday was certainly no exception as our gorgeous pocket rockets Andrea and Elliot tied the knot under the Garden Rotunda to become Mr & Mrs Setchell in front of all their loved ones!
A Chocoholics dream!
On Thursday evening we had a very fancy arrival indeed with Silverline Limousine’s red Hummer dropping off Vikki and Darren along with Vikki’s son Owen as a special surprise for Owen’s birthday
A perfect summer's wedding
Yesterday Amber and her eight (!) Bridesmaids and flower girls prepared for the big day in the Cartshed Lodge. Their hair and make-up was perfected before they headed out onto the red double decker bus to make their way to Norwich Cathedral to meet James and all of their guests.
