Mr & Mrs Taylor

The day had come and it was finally time for Nikki and Lewis to say their “I do’s” and become the new Mr and Mrs Taylor!

Guests patiently awaited the arrival of their gorgeous bride as Lewis stood proudly (if not, slightly nervously) besides his two best men at the top of the aisle. Nikki was putting her final preparations in place giving our guests a chance to admire the beautiful setting. The rotunda had been carefully decorated with pom poms, hanging tea light holders and two stunning milk churns filled with flowers.

It was time for our bride to make her way down the aisle. Nikki led the way looking stunning in her embroidered ivory princess dress that had a slight pinky-nude tone in certain lights, shortly followed by her three beautiful bridesmaids.

At this point, guests had taken their seats but the grand entrance was not over yet. Nikki and her mum, Julie had been very busy planning a special surprise for our groom and as so, the Bride and Groom’s adorable son, Finley drove his way down the aisle in a remote-control black BMW (just like daddy!). As a great big “AWW” sounded from the rotunda, it was finally time for the ceremony to start.

After the ceremony guests were greeted with a selection of prosecco, bottled lager or raspberry lemonade. The skies shone bright as guests relaxed with a drink and had a few photos in the grounds. Our inflatable assault course had taken the eye of a few people and it was definitely put to good use.

Inside the tables featured hexagonal glass terrariums beautifully decorated with pastel coloured flowers. Nigel and Chris had been busy preparing the helium balloons all morning. They sprung from the centrepieces that worked perfectly to add height to the tables. KWF’s LOVE letters provided a wonderful backdrop along with their wicker heart that had been decorated with flowers along with the stunning MR & MRS letters that create a perfect silhouette to frame top table.

Guests took their seats as we got ready to welcome the Bride and Groom into the room. It was possibly the first time that we’ve had a couple welcomed into the room along to Stormzy but it’s safe to say that it put a smile on all of our guests faces! It was time for a delicious meal of chicken supreme followed by our lemon meringue, amaretti & raspberry glass. Yum!

Heading outside, it was time for the highly anticipated bouquet toss! Nikki prepared herself at the top of the steps as the eager bachelorettes of the party gathered on the rear lawns ??.

Guests enjoyed the evening and made the most of the inflatable assault course before being joined by their evening guests. It was soon time to cut the beautiful Maria Clouting cake, set off with a stunning cake topper figurine of the family! After the cake was cut, guests took to the dance floor to watch the first dance and then bust a few moves themselves!

Outside, the classic Southwood pizza oven was fired up and ready to serve an army of guests as they lined up to chose what they wanted to personalise their own pizza with ??. Chef was happy chatting away with guests as they watched their pizzas cooking away!

It’s been a wonderful experience getting to know Nikki, Lewis and their closest friends and family. With a helping hand from a very organised Mother of the Bride, Julie our plans came together just as everyone had imagined! We wish you all the best of luck and happiness in the future as the new Mr & Mrs Taylor!! Xx
