Hannah & Craig

Yesterday we had the pleasure of hosting Hannah and Craig’s special day in Coronation Barn. These guys have been planning their day to perfection since 2018 so it was set to be a great day!

As the girls were busy having their hair and make-up done in the Cartshed Lodge, the boys arrived suited and booted and helped guests find their way to their seats with their detailed seating plan. The ceremony area was beautifully decorated with chair sashes, pedestals, hurricane lanterns and lots of petals to complement their royal blue scheme – it looked simply beautiful.

With Storm Dennis soon approaching, we managed to get Hannah and her entourage over to the barn just in time and the girls couldn’t wait to make their way down the aisle. They had been practising their perfect smiles and walks for weeks and Seren was soon to lead the way. Hannah had arranged to have ‘A Million Dreams’ from The Greatest Showman played as a surprise for Craig and it really was the perfect track!

After an emotional ceremony, guests dashed out onto the terrace to grab a drink from the terrace cooler and have that all important group shot before making their way back into the warmth of the barn. Guests enjoyed a snack from the canape ladder whilst admiring all of the decorations ??

All of the bridal party soon gathered for the receiving line and our helpful Ushers escorted guests into position. Our popular table shared mezze boards were soon placed and everyone couldn’t wait to get stuck in!

Two more delicious courses followed before it was time for the highly anticipated speeches. Guests were treated to their choice of toast drink – some opting for a Jagerbomb to celebrate with the new Mr & Mrs!

We had four heart felt speeches yesterday and they all shared their special memories about Hannah & Craig since their first date back in 2016. It’s clear to see that these two are just made for each other!

It wasn’t long before the room was turned around ready for an evening of partying and it didn’t take the little ones long to dive into the sweetie table and enjoy all of their favourite treats.

After formally cutting their wedding cake and taking to the dance floor for their first dance, Hannah and her Step Dad, Kevin, performed a fab dance to House of Pain – Jump Around (what a classic!).

With the jacket potato station and s’mores bar on offer alongside Hannah & Craig’s basket of flip flops, guests were set for a night of partying. The DJ for the evening had all the perfect tracks to keep the dance floor filled all evening!

We have loved hosting your special day and it’s been an honour to get to know you both and your families so well.

Wishing you the happiest future together as the new Mr & Mrs Barker ?? xx
